Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC website wireyelectrical.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services Provided

Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services including but not limited to:

  • Electrical panel upgrades and replacements

  • EV charger installations

  • Lighting installations and upgrades

  • Generator repair and maintenance

  • Surge protection installation

  • Ceiling fan installation

  • Digital thermostat installation

  • Baseboard heating installation

  • Outdoor and motion lighting

  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting

  • Industrial and commercial electrical solutions

All services are performed by licensed, insured, and professionally trained electricians in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local building regulations.

 

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates provided by Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing .

  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials required, and scope of work .

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen issues arise during the project that were not identified during the initial assessment .

  • All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds for work already performed will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

6. Permits and Inspections

  • Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC will obtain all required permits and coordinate necessary inspections for projects that require them.

  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property for inspections.

  • Any additional work required to pass inspection that was not included in the original scope will be quoted separately.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the work.

  • Disclose any known electrical issues, hazards, or previous work performed on your property.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords, HOAs, or property management if applicable.

  • Ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles and hazards.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  • Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or supply chain disruptions.

  • Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties after our work is completed.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

 

9. Warranty

  • Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a one-year warranty on labor for all installations and repairs performed by our team.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials installed.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Wirely Electrical Contractor, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws .
